Kaiser 3D (K3D) Rapid Prototyping Services offers you the competitive advantage needed to speed your end products to market, thus saving you critical time, effort, and money.  Iterations in a product design cycle are minimized using our Rapid Prototype services that employ the Objet PolyJet Eden line of printers.  K3D is owned by a former PolyJet Field & Applications Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the Rapid Prototyping industry, hence, K3D's PolyJet RP systems are finely tuned at the very edge of the envelope on a very regimented regular schedule.  This greatly benefits you, the customer, by offering the peace of mind you will get a quality product in an efficient & streamlined manner, guaranteed!  PolyJet RP printers take 3-Dimensional Solid CAD (Computer Aided Design) stereolithography files, slice them into many 2-Dimensional bitmap images and print one image on top of another in an additive process that generates a final 3-Dimensional model with high resolution surface finishes.  Models are made from hard acrylic & flexible rubber photopolymers.  These finished parts can then be used for physical hands on design analysis, silicone & urethane molding master patterns, functional testing, casting patterns, or end product parts.
Our state of the art PolyJet Rapid Prototype Manufacturing http://www.2objet.com/techno/index2.htm printers consist of the Eden500V, build size area of 500mm in the X axis, 400mm in the Y axis and 200mm for the Z axis (19.7 X 15.7 X 7.9 inches) with a print resolution of 600dpi in the X axis, 600dpi in Y axis, and 1600dpi in the Z axis.  Your parts will contain high resolution surface finishes (especially on sidewalls and downward facing surfaces), tight dimensional tolerances, easily finished surfaces, affordability, and a strong and non-toxic material that is pleasing to the eye and quick to analyze.  The PolyJet rubber materials are ranked the best flexible Rapid Prototype materials in the industry today.
