The PolyJet 3D printer rapid prototype technology jets a liquid acrylic photopolymer in precise 16 micron/.0006” layers in High Quality mode and 30 micron/.0012" layers in High Speed mode. This allows creation of 3D models with wall thicknesses as low as .6mm (.024”). Strong support of all build surfaces by strong gel support, along with high resolution in the Z axis, allows the PolyJet to produce high quality downward facing surfaces.
